Andean immigrants leave their mountain heights in search of a better future in the Peruvian coast, often unsuccessfully. They live in hopeless disappointment until an unexpected visit revolutionizes their environment and gives them back the desire to work to elevate their familys levels, in the humble shantytowns in which they have settled, by encouraging them to strive to achieve their dreams and regain their rights.
Of profound social content, The Park of Dreams tells the story of the great small feat that returns their self esteem to the people of «La Esperanza».
